1. サービスについて / About the Service

Kanademy（以下「本サービス」）は、オリジナル楽曲を通じた英語学習コンテンツを提供するサービスです。Lyric Video、Music Video、ショート動画などをYouTube、TikTok、Instagram、および本ウェブサイトで配信しています。

Kanademy ("the Service") provides English learning content through original music, distributed via YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and our website, including lyric videos, music videos, and short-form content.

2. 利用規約への同意 / Acceptance of Terms

本サービスを利用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。同意いただけない場合は、本サービスの利用をお控えください。

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

3. 知的財産権 / Intellectual Property

Kanademyが公開するすべてのコンテンツ（楽曲、歌詞、映像、画像、教育素材を含む）は、Kanademyの知的財産です。無断での複製、配布、改変は禁止します。

All content published by Kanademy — including music, lyrics, videos, images, and educational materials — is the intellectual property of Kanademy. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited.

4. 許可される利用 / Permitted Use

各プラットフォームの共有機能を通じたコンテンツの共有、および個人的・非商用の教育目的での利用は許可されます。コンテンツのダウンロード、再アップロード、再配布は事前の書面による許可なく行うことはできません。

You may share our content via platform sharing features and use it for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. Downloading, re-uploading, or redistributing our content without prior written permission is not permitted.

5. 第三者プラットフォーム / Third-Party Platforms

本コンテンツはYouTube、TikTok、Instagramなどの第三者プラットフォームを通じて配信されます。各プラットフォームの利用にはそれぞれの利用規約が適用されます。

Our content is distributed through third-party platforms. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service.

6. AI利用の開示 / AI Usage Disclosure

本サービスの制作にはAIツールを使用しています。楽曲はSuno AI（商用ライセンス）、教育設計・映像制作はClaude Codeを使用し、人間が監修・品質管理を行っています。

AI tools are used in the production of our content. Music is generated using Suno AI (commercial license), and educational design and video production use Claude Code, with human oversight and quality control.

7. 免責事項 / Disclaimer

本サービスは現状有姿で提供され、いかなる保証も行いません。本サービスの変更、一時停止、または終了を予告なく行う権利を留保します。

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

8. 規約の変更 / Changes to Terms

本規約は随時更新される場合があります。変更後も本サービスを継続して利用することにより、更新された規約に同意したものとみなされます。

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
